I was interested in this Herbana Berberine Tea for the benefits of using berberine, but it also smells and tastes really good! The flavor reminds me a little of raspberry leaf tea and rooibos, but with a fruity essence that must be the natural flavors added for the peach taste. It's a relaxing and enjoyable tea. The tea bags are the papery square kind without strings, and I left mine steeping in the tea the whole tea I was drinking it, and the flavors remained consistent, so I don't think this kind of tea can be over-steeped.
